Welcome to the web site of Runaways Running Club Incorporated ('Runawaysclub') and ('Runawaysstore') and its event calendar
and online registration services. This web site and other Runaways Running Club Incorporated web sites (collectively, the
'Runawaysclub Web Site' or the 'Runawaysclub' or the 'Runawaysstore' or the 'Web Site') provide general information about
Runawaysclub and its services and allow you to register for certain services and events sponsored and operated by third parties
(collectively, 'Event Sponsor,' which term refers to both sponsors and operators).
All users of the Runawaysclub Web Site are subject to the following conditions of use (these 'Conditions of Use').
Please read these Conditions of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of this Web Site. By accessing or using this
Web Site, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use, as amended from time
to time, as well as the Runawaysclub Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Conditions of Use. If you do
not wish to agree to these Conditions of Use, do not access or use any part of this Web Site.
Runawaysclub may modify or supplement these Conditions of Use at any time without notice by posting the amended conditions
to this Web Site. Your continued use of the Runawaysclub Web Site means that you accept and agree to the revised Conditions
of Use. If you disagree with the Conditions of Use (as amended from time to time) or are dissatisfied with this Web Site,
your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Web Site.

communicate it to Runawaysclub and/or post it to the Runawaysclub Web Site. You grant to Runawaysclub the right to use all

Runawaysclub chooses, including, but not limited to, copying, displaying, performing or publishing it in any format whatsoever,
modifying it, incorporating it into other material or making a derivative work based on it.
(c) Runawaysclub reserves the right, but does not assume any responsibility, to (1) remove any information or other material
from the Runawaysclub Web Site which Runawaysclub, in its sole discretion, deems inconsistent with the foregoing commitments,
including anything Runawaysclub has been notified, or has reason to believe, constitutes copyright infringement; and (2) terminate
any users access to all or part of the Runawaysclub Web Site. However, Runawaysclub can neither review all information or
other material before it is posted on the Runawaysclub Web Site nor ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after
it has been posted. Accordingly, Runawaysclub assumes no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications
or content provided by third parties. Runawaysclub reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the
personal safety of users of this Web Site and the public; however, Runawaysclub has no liability or responsibility to anyone
for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this paragraph.
(d) Runawaysclub reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to the Runawaysclub

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS AND PURCHASES
All registrations and purchases made through the Runawaysclub Web Site are governed by these Conditions of Use and any other
terms specified on this Web Site as applicable to such registrations or purchases, which terms are hereby incorporated into
these Conditions of Use. All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted. Runawaysclub does not issue refunds. Any
event or service sponsored or operated by an Event Sponsor and any product sold by an Event Sponsor are not the responsibility
of Runawaysclub and you agree to hold Runawaysclub and its agents harmless from any liability or injury arising from or related
to your participation in any such event or service or your purchase of any such product. Event Sponsors have provided some
of the information included in this Web Site and Runawaysclub neither verifies, certifies nor is responsible for the accuracy
or completeness thereof. All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted. Runawaysclub does not issue refunds.
COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS/USE OF CONTENT
The entire contents of this Web Site (including all information, software, text, displays, images and audio) and the design,
selection and arrangement thereof, are proprietary to Runawaysclub or an Event Sponsor or their licensors and are protected
by United States and international laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights. You
are authorized only to use the content on the Runawaysclub Web Site for personal use or legitimate business purposes related
to your role as a current or prospective customer of Runawaysclub or of an Event Sponsor. You may not copy, modify, create
derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, store, transmit or distribute any of the material on this Web
Site without the prior written consent of Runawaysclub, except to: (a) store copies of such materials temporarily in RAM,
(b) store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes, and (c) print a reasonable
number of pages of the Runawaysclub Web Site; provided in each case that you do not alter or remove any copyright or other
proprietary notices included in such materials. Neither the title nor any intellectual property rights to any information
or material in this Web Site are transferred to you, but remain with Runawaysclub or the applicable owner of such content.

or service marks contained herein are used for identification purposes only and may be the trademarks or registered trademarks
of their respective owners. The Runawaysclub name and logo may not be used in any commercial manner without the prior written
consent of Runawaysclub.
DEALINGS WITH MERCHANTS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES If you choose to correspond, participate in a promotion or engage in transactions
with any individual or business found on or through this Web Site, you acknowledge and agree that Runawaysclub is not a party
to, and will not be responsible for, your interaction with such individual or business, including such partys treatment of
your information and the terms and conditions applicable to any transaction between you and such party. The terms of your

notice. Neither the Site Content nor any advice or information given by Runawaysclub or any Event Sponsor shall create any

Sponsor disclaim any liability for injury or damages resulting from the use thereof.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runawaysclub and each Event Sponsor and their respective officers,
directors, shareholders, employees, agents, affiliates, third party information providers, licensors and others involved in
the Runawaysclub Web Site or the delivery of products, services or information over the Runawaysclub Web Site, from and against
any and all liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from any violation by you

PRIVACY; PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION Runawaysclubs use of your personal information and your responsibilities in connection
